Study of Color

With this study, I was interested in creating a series of images that captured late evening artificial light because their colors are most simple and beautiful at that time. My series is not held together by similar subjects, colors, or the same kind of light, but instead they all share the same study of light. I have drawn upon my knowledge of composition, line, and shape to compliment the blocks of color created by the artificial lights. My main goal was to create visually stimulating images that document the beauty of colored light we otherwise might not stop to enjoy.
